At HairByToniseanna, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their experience. Please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Service Refund Policy
- All services are non-refundable once completed.
- If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We may offer a complimentary correction or adjustment at our discretion.
- Adjustments must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment and must be for the same service.
- Refunds will not be given for changing your mind or choosing a different style after the service has started.
3. Product Return Policy (if applicable)
- Products (hair care, wigs, extensions, etc.) may be returned within 10 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns or exchanges.
4. Custom Wigs or Special Orders
- Custom wigs, bundles, or pre-ordered items are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (for product returns) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- We do not offer cash refunds for card payments.
